The Rider's Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Dune Serpent in a web browser for private, non-commercial entertainment. This licence covers the act of playing. It does not extend to any of the game's characters, code, artwork, or other creative elements.
What You Are Welcome to Do
You may play Dune Serpent freely, share links to the game, post gameplay recordings online, write reviews, and create non-commercial fan art inspired by the game's desert setting. When discussing the game publicly, please make clear that it was created by us, not you.

Who Owns the Desert
Dune Serpent — the colossal sand serpent, the nomad rider, the obelisk and vulture hazards, the scarab collectibles, the dune environments, and all code — is the original creative work of its developers. All intellectual property rights belong to them. Playing the game is a temporary, personal permission; it does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
Availability
Dune Serpent is provided free of charge. We will do our best to keep it accessible, but we reserve the right to alter, update, or remove the game at any time without advance notice or obligation to continue any particular version or feature.
No Warranty
Dune Serpent is offered as-is. We do not warrant that it will work without interruption, error, or loss of saved data. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your browser, device, or internet connection.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Dune Serpent are not liable for any loss or harm of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use this game — including, but not limited to, the loss of a record-breaking scarab count to an ill-timed vulture.
Changes
These terms may be revised at any time. Revised terms take effect upon posting on this page with an updated date. Continued play after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
